As a 25-year-old living and working in NYC, Rachel was stressed constantly, and her face was starting to show it. She set out to visit a mainstream skin and cosmetics store in Union Square, asking for their best anti-wrinkle and aging serum, stating that she didn’t care how much it cost just that it actually worked. When the answer she got back was Botox, it got her thinking.
